I’ve never had a bad experience with this location. But I sent my significant other to get an oil change and they judge him by his appearance and treated him unfairly. He was very upset and reacted because he was judged from his appearance. We understand what people do but we should never judge a book by its cover.

The thermostat housing was faulty for a 2nd time due to a Jiffy Lube purchase of a poor quality part. It cracked in the plastic housing which is pressuring other parts. I would’ve paid for the aluminum if offered. My water reservoir was spewing out and the thermostat housing leaked too. The warranty covered it but why repurchase the same cheap part when it showed a crack?? The mechanic, Martial, at Bear Valley in Victorville, is amazing!!! He always works on my car. Very unprofessional staff The person was making fun of my vehicle paint job And by the time I walked in to the branch they were already adding oil. It was too quick to even drain the oil out by the time he was already adding oil The girl in the front said she gets paid by the hour when I told her the guy was very unprofessional. I will never return
