The team genuinely cares and provided myself and the other customers with an exceptional customer service experience.
After a simple oil change, the skid plate wasn't correctly screwed back onto our car, causing it to drag, scrape, and spark up against the road. We were told by the manager to come back to repair it but the car was immediately un-drivable and extremely unsafe. All of the dashboard lights came on at once. One wrong turn could have caused significantly more damage or worse.
