I decided to still give Jiffy Lube a 5 Star rating because of our past experience with this particular location. We always come to State St in San Jacinto, CA., location. We usually get discounted rates and coupons but this last visit was different. We felt rushed and disconnected with the technicians. It was very robotic and strictly business at hand. at Warmsprings and Durango in Las Vegas. We will be back to see if things go back to normal.
Didn't Reset my Maintenance light, leaves the customer unsettled not knowing if you guys truly did change my oil and even Perform any services of toping off my fluids.
