I asked to check the all the fluids because I knew that I was low in coolant and my wipers reservoir was dry and they said they check everything, and it was ok ,honestly I doubt about my oil change and filter. Never going back there.
I went for an oil change a week later. The Oil light comes on. I checked the dipstick. It is way over full so I go and check the oil pan plug It stripped I finally get it off later on and drain the oil and it’s dirty black oil So I could see that they never did a oil change at all. All they did was just add oil on top of that. And of course, when I go take it back to them, they don’t want to give a refund. They just say all that type of car burns oil very fast. Never going back again
