From the moment I get there to the moment I get my car back it’s always a good experience. Everyone is respectful and attentive. They’re fast and good at what they do. I have no complaints from my experience with Jiffy Lube in Indio, CA.
Stay far away. I came in today for a full synthetic when I got home I reviewed the receipt. The tech lied about checking lights, cleaning the windshield and tire pressure. Since this negligence I checked the oil and he over filled my truck. He also did not print a label so I don't know if he put synthetic in. I came back the same night he said he did t have the managers number. A tech then checked my car the didn't put the oil plug in properly and my truck was leaking. These people are incompetent.
Angela was amazing, she helped and got in and out so fast, 100/10 I will be coming back here because of her. Thank you Angela
