I got my brakes done in May and they ruined my brakes. I called for a warranty repair since my brakes started squeaking days later and they did try to fix it but the next day it started squeaking again. They dodged my calls and when I just showed up they told me it was a completely different issue even when I brought in paperwork form other mechanic (Toyota and americas best tires stating that my brakes were the issue). Employee at Jiffy Lube is so arrogant (needlessly) and entitled that he takes two spaces from customers. Customer service is not present here.

HONEST WORK! This place from the moment you walk in has such a welcoming aura! Everyone is always smiling and welcoming! I came in for a oil change and could not be any more grateful with these guys, they made sure everything was running smoothly and they did mention a few services my car did need but NEVER made me feel Obligated or pressured to get the service!
