So I’ve been here twice Santa Monica location off pico. I wish I would’ve gotten the workers name that checked me out both times I’ve been there, SUPER NICE. Great customer service so Thursday I went and a guy was in training, the trainer was very Professional and his training skills was awesome. The Trainee did an Awesome job and followed instructions. THE technicians is trying to push for synthetic oil which is not indicated. I understand they are trying to upsell the service, but the manager needs to train the staff not to scare customers specially, those who are knowledgeable . They keep on telling me they do not guarantee the oil change. I just requested a conventional oil and they keep on pushing for synthetic which is not listed on the manufacturers handbook for my car.
