I had a great experience with Jose,David,Robert,Isiah & Rodolfo, each one of these guys had there jobs to do and I was in and out in less then 20 min. Great team work thank you my local jiffy lube.
I brought my Ford Excape 2022 to change the motor oil, but they charged company FLEET insurance for wipers and tires rotation, and they said they don't have the wipers now but once they get it they will call me back to replace it and do the tires rotation, but they never called back, and when I called them they said when the manager comes back will order the wipers, I felt that there's something not right for charging for extra services they don't do it.
Someone approached me that my tail light was busted. As a woman its not really something I am enthusiastic to address but I need to hence I am always driving here and there. So the first thing i did was to check google where can i have it fixed. I called them and that asked me to come asap. Theyre 5 minutes away so why not, they checked both lights ans in 3 minutes I was done. Thanks Sir Bryan.
