I have never been so rudely spoken to at any business. I went there today,8/8/25. There are three bays and two were empty. The sign above them said something like, “Welcome to your bay!” A sign to the side said, “Welcome”. Because the bays were open, I pulled in, balancing on the concrete. Suddenly, a very aggressive guy came running, and motioning me to back up…which I did. This Jiffy Lube, managed by Robert (and his team), is the best one in SoCal, imho. The attention to detail, lack of sales pressure, professionalism was quite unexpected and very much appreciated. I will definitely come back and encourage you to give them a try. Ask for Robert!
