Came in today for an oil change and battery test. The team here is always professional and clearly knowledgeable about the services they offer. Right away, someone came out from behind the bays to give me an estimated wait time and let me know where I was in line. While I waited, another staff member checked in to confirm the services I needed, and when I mentioned the battery, they had someone come out and test it on the spot. This rating is for the customer service I received after getting my oil changed. I drove off the lot in Glendale and was in downtown LA by the time I noticed my skid plate was off. I gave this Jiffy Lube a call to let them know that they failed to correctly put the skid plate back and that I couldn't drive back to Glendale as I didn't want it to drag around some more.
