The young man came and explained what they were going to do to my car. He made sure I was explained the charges for the suggested work. He was pleasant.
If I could leave 0 starts i would. My son went and got his oil changed. A few miles later (apx 100) his engine began to make a noise then the oil light came on. My son returned home and checked the oil, it was dry. We went to get more oil. After filling up the oil he started the engine and the oil light immediately came back on. So we looked under the car and there was all the oil that he had just put in. Knowing something was wrong we got under the car and dropped the oil pan. Low and behold NO oil plug. Chris is the man he needs a raise, a real straight shooter. When im in lancaster and need basic maintenance there's no one I'd rather bring my car to then Chris. He's honest, he will tell you what's going on with your car, and get the job done for a fair price. What else do you want from jiffy lube. Chris is super solid. He deserves a raise or a Christmas bonus.
