Heading out of town and tried to squeeze in a quick, cheap, oil change. (Yeah right) First strike, didn't have the less expensive oil option so of course I had to pay for premium. Asked for a tire rotation, they couldn't get the lug nuts off so strike two. And strike three, the Lobby TV was SUPER loud and playing an ancient Flash Gordon cartoon. I ALWAYS go to jiffy lube. I just love how I can drive in and be done by 20 mins !! They always top off all fluids and check my tire pressure. I have a slow leak in one of my tires, but I'm 66 yrs old and just don't know how to it, so ill drive in and any one of their happy and polite employees will help me out. I can even get my fluids topped off !@ I HIGHLY recommend this location!
***Update 9/4/2025 Jiffy Lube management reached out regarding this issue, and have made things right. Every company strives for 100% and we all make mistakes. Thank you for owning this and reaching out to me! They left my oil filter loose and didn’t reattach the undercarriage. I had to go to a different location to get it cleaned up and tipped back off.
As always they are absolutely awesome, fast and clean. Can't ask for better service. I have many vehicles and take all of them here for my oil changes. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Respectfully, Daniel Quibell
