They stripped the air filter casing, trying to upsell me on a new air filter I didn’t ask them to check. They notified me it’s stripped and I need a new one, when I told him yes because you just stripped it, he didn’t argue just apologized. No refund or attempt to replace or fix. I would avoid going to this location or any jiffy lube to be honest, my experiences keep getting worse and worse.
Great service as always. They tell me what’s needed and not needed. The free top of service has been great over the years.
The staff was friendly, knowledgable and efficient :-) They got me in and out quickly. No pressure for un-needed services like some places will do. I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back!
Mechanics are straight shooters, and know what they are doing.
