I had an oil change done here in April. Stopped at the Elkridge location one today to have routine oil change to discover the Jessup location did not replace my air filter which I paid for but did not even put one in my car! I was and am still livid. Not only was it very careless and irresponsible of them but it could have caused serious damage to my engine. I returned to get my air filter put in place (free of course, since I had previously paid for it) and all I received was a measly sorry which had no empathy or even felt... read more
Great place for an oil change. You'll get a cheaper oil change, or a similarly priced oil change with a lot better oil. Great place and awesome owner!
The service and wait were fine. When talking with the guy before service was complete, I told him I had a coupon on my phone and asked if it needed to be printed, he said he only needed the code. Coupon was "Valid thru 11/27",. I took my truck in on 11/27 at 2:00pm. It wasn't until AFTER the service was completed when he told me that he no longer had access on his computer to input the coupon at that location. Then offered no help but to call the 800 number later (closed on Sundays, how convenient).
