I went today to get my headlights restored and was greated by the manager, he was very nice and told me he can get it done within an hr. I waited while he worked on my car then about 20 mins left he told me he'll throw in a free carwash. I was appreciative that he threw that in, when he was finished with my car he called me over. I carefully reviewed my car and my headlights looked brand new again, and car cleaned. My first experience was great, hope it remains that way.

This was the worst wash I have ever gotten. Specifically asked about washing mats and wiping down the inside. They did not wash mats or wipe down inside & looks like they didn’t even move the mats to vacuum underneath. I did not pay for a detail, but wouldn’t even consider it with the lack of attention to detail.
I’ve had my car washed here a lot and y’all always do an excellent job, but today you went above and beyond! I was side swiped in a parking lot a few months back, and the car left red and black marks all along my white car. It’s been washed several times since, but the marks remained. Today one of your guys got it off without me even asking about it, and you can barely tell it happened! Thank you so much!!
Two things to improve: First, don't bait-and-switch oil change options. Second, answer (don't ignore) emails to customer service.

Great experience at Mr. Clean Car Wash & Jiffy Lube! The service was fantastic, the waiting area was very welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got my oil changed and car washed and was out in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back!
