I got my oil changed here for 2015 jetta, It uses fully synthetic 5w 40 or 5w 30 full synthetic oil. They serviced my car accordingly. But when I went to top off my engine oil they used conventional oil cause they had to do it for free according to their policies. If they wish to not do it they should just say so, not ruin cars.
Great service, fast, friendly, and trustworthy. I won't go anywhere else but here!
Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. All employees were courteous professional, and there was no pressure to do additional services. All was done in a timely manner.
