I’m highly disappointed in my recent experience at this location. I came in to get my car serviced, and everything seemed fine until I got my keys back and noticed right away when the guy who moved my car from the service center to in front of the building it was missing my Labubu keychain charm was missing. I immediately reported it to the staff, but they only checked the floor outside and said it wasn’t there. That explanation doesn’t make sense, since the keys were left in the car. Overall, it was a good experience. Very quick and they recommended a cabin filter change which was in dire need. It's one of those things you don't think about and mine was filthy.
My first time going to this Jiffy lube and will never go anywhere else for a oil change ! Staff was fantastic and friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained everything they checked and advised me on what I should get done.Luckly my driver's side wiper was the only thing in bad shape. Price was better than I thought it would be especially after the coupon I added from their website. I highly recommend this place for work on your car !!!
