Went there for an oil change and was told that they were too busy to take me. I was told to come back the next day. They had one car in the bay. There were no cars waiting. There were 4 employees working. I will not be returning.
Staff and Management excellent at this location. Got my headlights freshened up
Great service!!! I needed an oil change and they took care of me right away, the staff were so kind and speedy! I will for sure be back for any services in the future. Highly recommend!!
I can not believe the incompetency for a simple oil change! I got my oil change done here a few weeks ago and I supplied them with a new oil filter housing for my 2017 RAV 4. Now I am quite sure my housing came with a drain bolt that most definitely belongs where the oil is leaking out of! If it didn’t come with a bolt then I should have been notified because this is certainly not a proper install!!! My mother visited this location for a routine oil change, and left feeling taken advantage of. Sadly after understanding what happened to her at the Cranford location, my mother was aggressively upsold on services she did not need. This included fluid flushes and replacements that had no documented issues. It's clear they target individuals especially "seniors" or those not deeply familiar with car maintenance.
