They hung up on me mid call when I asked about oil change prices.
Came in and they were very friendly and quick. Syed helped me out. I came right before closing but he still was professional and got me in and out. Thank you Syed!!
Not a repair shop, brought car for a brake fluid change, jiffy lube technician said they couldn't risk it for my older vehicle Toyota 4runner, might result in problems they don't want to take responsibility for. Terrible, total BS. Took car to repair shop down the street to do the same brake fluid change, had no problem whatsoever. Even they said jiffy lube is bunch of clowns, can't even do simple brake fluid change.
These guys told me they would help me out but it’d be an hour and a half wait I get there. I told them all I have to go pick up my daughter. I’ll be right back order my parts I leave for an hour. I come back. They never ordered my parts and then they said it’s first come first serve even though they told me they’d save my spot. These people are incompetent and stupid.
Great customer service and very courteous team.
