Great Staff and Manager I Brought my Vehicle in was suppose to be an easy fix it wasn't my Vehicle was not having it. For me and my experience even tho it was a 4 hour ordeal was good they reassured me they will handle it and they did super cool will be back Super Professional.
Great customer service and great work done on my car this location on Bell Rd is the best one around the west end.
It was the 3rd Jiffy Lube I went to today just for an oil change. First one didn’t have the filter for my car and the second one didn’t have the staff at 2:30 in the afternoon to do an oil change before they close at 5:30. I called the one on W. Bell Rd. and they were able to accommodate me. They were so nice. Very friendly. Did a great job and I was able to get what I needed done. I was very happy with the service. Even though it’s not close to my house, I will go back there for my next oil change.
The team here was very professional & knowledgeable. Zero complaints
