Bad service. I asked about tire rotation and they didn't want to do the service because the front tires needed changing. I asked about rotation, not tire changes. Bad service.
Highly incompetent staff. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I usually go a different location but was in there area so I stopped. Huge mistake. After pulling my car I they say they can't do the oil change due to my oil pan leaking. And that it would be between $200-$300 for the repair. I ask, where on the pan is the leak coming from. Everything was great, except that they never actually complete the interior vacuum service, despite my receipt from there always saying that the "courtesy vacuum interior" was "completed". I've been to this (Elkridge) location many times before, primarily because it's only 5 minutes down the road, but in the past I took my previous vehicle (2008 Nissan Versa) there.
