After waiting over an hour, It was a very bad experience. They were rude. The day I was there it was raining, when they were done and brought the car around outside they left the drivers side window down and the inside of the car got very wet, the seat was wet, and all the door controls were saturated. The best in the area! Let them know if you prefer a less expensive, conventional oil before they begin. Or they will install the most expensive, full-synthetic blend without asking you.
Typically good service with no issue. NOT this time who ever drove the vehicle had dirty pants and ended up leaving it on the seat. I brought up issue and was met with question and reluctance to simply take ownership. Initial guy took wet rag, which looked dirty to clean seat and then another guy came out to address issue, since the initial attempt failed.
