Customer service was very good; however, they did not put new tires on the front of a front wheel drive car

Oil filter housing broken and oil leaked on driveway. JL blamed it on engine gasket cover but this was proved false at dealer. Cost me over $300 to repair!
The gentleman who helped me became rude when I declined having them replace my cabin filter. I mean $65+ dollars to replace a filter that cost less than $10 is insane.! It’s gotta take about 45 seconds to replace this thing. I know because I did it myself. Never going back to this place.
I went in for a signature oil change and was not pressured into getting any other services.
