The service technicians at the Columbia Falls, MT store were excellent!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience!!! The were done in a Jiffy!!! LOL

Respectfully, I will never use Jiffy Lube again. Friendly service, but way overpriced… like double than other places. If I had known I was going to be charged $85 dollars for an oil change (that’s all it was, no new filter or anything else) then I never would have pulled in. My fault for not asking, but I never imagined I would be charged even close to that amount. Literally, highway robbery!
No complaints with this business. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable, that’s a plus. And they don’t push unnecessary purchases on you. Quick and easy.
The experience I had at Jiffy Lube was great. They were very thorough, professional and honest about everything. I will definitely be going there again next time. Thank you.
