RUN FROM THIS SHOP AND AVOID DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely poor experience. From the moment I arrived, the technician was unprofessional and dismissive. He was unable to open the hood of my vehicle and became visibly irritated when I had to step out and do it myself. During the service, the technicians forcibly removed my oil filter, spilling oil throughout the engine area.
