Love the people and job was well done.
Got a tow over to the shop(sketchyyyy drop off by the tow guy lol), but once it was in the shop and they started flushing the transmission fluid/doing oil change everything went as expected. This is a top notch team that knows what they’re doing. They get you in and out “in a jiffy”!! Haha thanks to Val, Denzel, Justin, Max, Joe, and tiernnn…you all are the straight superb A TEAM! You got more than 5 stars from me if I could give it. 🤩🤘
Came in to get my tires rotated and balanced, was told they couldn't balance them. I get to Firestone to finish getting them balanced only to find out the tires are literally coming apart. Not sure why jiffy lube didn't catch this but it seems like they don't know what they're doing. Bought new tires from Firestone
