Took my car in for an oil change and Jiffy lube ‘checked’ my cabin air filter and introduced debris into the fan and now every time I turn on the heater I hear this annoying sound that unpleasant. I took it back in and they were unable to remove the debris (UNACCEPTABLE). If they had just reviewed my history log, they would have seen I already had an air filter change a few months ago and I would not have this problem.
Not only did you spill the oil can on the front of my van and did not clean it, my ‘change oil’ monitor keeps coming up on my dashboard!!
The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
Drove in late on a Monday evening - no problem being a later time - took the car right in- no waiting. Everyone was pleasant - oil and lube done and on to home to make dinner. Thanks Jiffy Kube.
