I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Hannah. She provided amazing customer service and made the whole visit smooth and stress free. Her hospitality was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping. It’s employees like Hannah that make a big difference. I’ll definitely be back!
I came in for a conventional oil change on a pretty busy Monday, and Heather took great care of me. She was so nice and helpful. She definitely deserves a raise. Even on a busy day, I was in and out within 25 minutes. They went over all the things that my car would need too, and they weren’t pushy about it. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.
