The staff noted that I did not need the oil change I thought because my miles were so low. Instead of a needless change, they assured me I’d be fine for another 2500 miles. They lost a fee but gained my infinite respect. 10 star review!
You advertise full service with synthetic oil for $69.95. I brought my own oil & filter for my classic car, and paid over $60. I won't be back.
I was looking for an alternative to having my oil changed at the dealership and I heard good rumors about town that this Jiffy Lube on Broadway was a good spot. Rumors were correct. This is my new spot. Had them flush my coolant to.
If you're traveling and pulling a camper dont stop here! I rolled in 45 min before closing time. Went in to ask since i was traveling with a camper. Guy was semi rude with two quick NOs. Not with the camper hooked up and cant unhook in his parking lot, interrupting me as i was speaking. Ive traveled thousands of miles and never had this poor customer service while towing s 25 ft bumper pull. They either let me pull in hooked up then back out or let me unhook in the lot.
