First time at this shop and it will be my last. They showed me one price on the tablet, but when it came time to check out, the cost jumped nearly $100 more. Their explanation was that the tech “probably didn’t charge me right” — but that’s not the customer’s problem. Instead of taking responsibility, I was stuck paying the difference. Customers need to be aware: Jiffy Lube misleads you with one price and then charges you more at checkout. I will never return to Jiffy Lube again.
