I absolutely hate this jiffy lube. I went one Saturday to get a gasket cover. The man opened my hood and told me I needed a coolant flush. His exact words were it should be a clear color and mine is brown. Then another man came out and told me that they cannot do the gasket cover because the technician is not here but said they can still do the coolant flush but I declined.
