Breaks suddenly started grinding around the corner... asked to replace the pads... not prepared financially to do everything. Rude and refused unless replaced rotors too. Understood the risks to ruining new pads, but in an emergency I had no choice... "waste of time and money". Had to use a poll just down the street to stop from going into on coming traffic... lucky I was almost to a stop, could have been worse.
In January 2025, I visited this location for an oil change and routine maintenance. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided at the time. However, when I returned to my car afterward, I noticed that some documents from the glove compartment had been removed and placed on the seat.
