On August 25, 2026 I took my car to this location for a oil change. On August 31, 2026 I discovered that under my car the bottom panel was not attached to my car and dragging on the ground. I took my car back to Jiffy Lube and spoke with manager there (bryant) who apologize and for the inconvenience services that was not done correctly and checked my car and replaced the screws and attached the panel back place. The person who worked on my vehicle needs to be discipline!!

Always great service! I’ve been coming here for years and all the gentleman are amazing. Even when one wasn’t as polite (I wish I could remember his name) the other guys stepped in and rectified the situation gave me 20% off and that’s why I will always get my vehicle serviced at this jiffy lube. Thank you so much!!
