Manager I dealt with was very friendly and receptive. No high pressure to upsell.
Line was long but service was prompt. Needed additional service was plainly and patiently explained . Great improvement from my last visit.

I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube at that particular location in Pikesville for a very long time, but today was something extraordinary. The customer service was perfect. The new manager that they have their now is amazing he has the best excellent customer service and he informed me with a lot of information that I didn’t even know that could have been beneficial to me, but now I know, and I will use the top of service Everything was fast. Every one was polite and helpful. The technician explained the services and price before performing the work. The inside sitting room was clean and comfortable. Service was quick and easy. Would recommend this location.
