First time going there today, I had my tires swapped at a different shop and I asked them to help me retorque my tires since they were closest to my home, and was obviously even going to pay for labour/tip. They said they wouldn't torque my tires after waiting like 20 mins for one of their bays to clear up. Makes no sense but I won't be coming back here. Thanks for nothing.

Shannon and Jamie consistently go above and beyond — their advice is honest, clear, and genuinely helpful. On more than one occasion, they’ve identified issues during routine inspections that I was able to get fixed under warranty, saving me both time and money. Their professionalism and attention to detail are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this team and this location.
Stopped into Jiffy Lube today—conveniently located on a busy stretch in west Edmonton, just south of Canadian Tire on 178th Street.
