Must have changed all of the staff because I couldn’t recognize anyone. They are friendly but they also seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Told them to do semi synthetic and they just ended up doing full synthetic, or at least they charged me for that. Throws on a $25 special filter charge. Don’t even know what that is because they didn’t even change my filter. Usually I’m in and out it less than 15 mins but this time it took one hour. They have always offered an Own-Oil/Filter option I have used for 8 years; after ignoring me for 10 minutes the attendant came out to chat with me and said the only price was $170 for a Kia Rio and they would not do Own Oil-Filter (something about the previous owner offering steep discounts to his friends fraudulently). When I declined they would not let me pull through the garage and made me awkwardly reverse through their backlane because the garage was "for customers only".
