Got my oil changed today specifically asked for full synthetic oil and a new synthetic filter. The technician made a big deal about showing me the dipstick with the 'new' oil, but honestly, it looked just as dark and used as the old stuff. Either they didn't drain it properly or something's off. Not worth the money $120
Really good professional and fast service
I came to this lube shop on Sunday for an oil change. When I got home, I noticed oil all over my engine. It looks like the oil filter may not have been installed properly because oil was sprayed everywhere after the car was started. My car is almost new and I always keep the engine very clean, so seeing it like this was really disappointing. No one informed me about any issue before I left. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I’m not satisfied with the service.
