I had a really disappointing experience here. They originally told us the service would cost $140, but in the end they charged us more without being upfront about it. On top of that, they left the engine splash shield hanging which is unacceptable and dangerous. Very unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this place at all.

Rupi and Fay at this Jiffy Lube were especially helpful as we tried to solve an issue involving the dashboard air filter in our truck. After changing the air filter and diagnosing the issue, our truck still made a funny noise, but it was much better. They offered to take an extra step and vacuum down inside our dashboard to see what may be interfering with our A/C fan…they vacuumed and were able to extract whatever foreign object had gotten inside our dash. Scammers! Avoid this Jiffy Lube! Took my truck for an oil change, they showed me some black oil and told me my rear diff and transfer case fluid needed replacing. When I went to my usual oil change place 6 weeks later I asked them to change my rear diff fluid and look at the transfer case fluid. The rear diff was good and they said the transfer case oil is "like new".
