TODAY ON OCT 22 AT 4:30 P.M. ONE OF THE PHILIPINO GUY ASKED ME TO BRING IN THE VEHICLE WITH MY OWN OIL & GASKIT AT JIFFY SPRUCE GROVE LOCATION TO CHANGE IT FOR LABOR ONLY. AFTER WORKING ON VEHICLE FOR SOMETIME THEN STARTED TO MAKE EXCUSES TO NOT SERVICE MY VEHICLE SAYIN THE BOLTS WERE ROUNDED. I ASKED THEM TO EITHER GET NEW BOLTS I WILL PAY EXTRA OR I CAN BRING NEW SET OF BOLTS. STILL HE DECLINED TO WORK. NOT SURE IF THEY CAUSED DAMAGED AND THEN WANTED TO NO DO MORE. BE CAREFUL GUYS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Amazing staff and service. Every time I go there all staff remember myself and my husband and are so friendly. They ask all questions about what services I needed and are not pushy on up selling. Help with everything and definitely will only bring our car there. Thank you
Great service, great communication between the staff creating a safe work environment. Service was friendly fast and efficient. Little pricy but service wise it was a great experience.
