I don’t normally feel inclined to write reviews but the staff wasn’t friendly to my girl friend and were making fun of her bumper because it is zap strapped to the car at the moment. Would not reccomend

I am usually a big fan of Jiffy lube. The experience I just had was not good. I was charged a Skidplate charge, that I argued was not ever charged to me before, nor was it mentioned ahead of time. After getting home I see that though I was offered a $20.00 discount for my inconvenience, which included the $10.00, off, online coupon I had gotten. They still charged the $10.00 " skidplate fee ". $148.91 for a full synthetic! I get much better service at the local Chevrolet Dealership, for the money! Jiffy also charge to top of... read more
