They have been at this store since it's opening in 2009, and became the owner in 2015. Fantastic service from these guys in Alberni today. Had an issue with our Avis hire car - engine light coming on, needs an oil change. (We won't go into how bad Avis are for giving us a car that needed servicing to travel across the Rockies!). Pleasant, efficient service today- changed oil in 15 mins. Would highly recommend
Positive experience overall. Bill was a little high at $150 for syn oil. Those prices make dealerships competitive again
