They have been at this store since it's opening in 2009, and became the owner in 2015. We strive to keep this location a well respected business in our tight knit community where good word gets around.

I am usually a big fan of Jiffy lube. The experience I just had was not good. I was charged a Skidplate charge, that I argued was not ever charged to me before, nor was it mentioned ahead of time. After getting home I see that though I was offered a $20.00 discount for my inconvenience, which included the $10.00, off, online coupon I had gotten. Fantastic service from these guys in Alberni today. Had an issue with our Avis hire car - engine light coming on, needs an oil change. (We won't go into how bad Avis are for giving us a car that needed servicing to travel across the Rockies!). Pleasant, efficient service today- changed oil in 15 mins. Would highly recommend
Positive experience overall. Bill was a little high at $150 for syn oil. Those prices make dealerships competitive again
