I’ve been getting my oil changed here since 2023, almost four years. Today, I forgot my wallet at home and explained that I live only five minutes away and would return immediately to pay. Instead, they asked me to leave my phone as collateral. Seriously? After almost four years as a loyal customer, I expected a little trust and respect. If you’re looking for a place where your long-term business is appreciated, this is definitely not it.
