Huge shoutout to Aqsa at the Jiffy Lube on Rabbit Hill Road! She’s super knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. She did my oil change and a few other repairs, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and helping people out. Me and mife are too busy to drive to dealship 30 mins away driving. So we fund this hidden place to try their services. My wife went to first time says they were okay. And then I went to 2nd time last Friday. Guy's name Jarerd was amazing helpful. Did everything he could inspect my f150. Gave me tons of free advices. Gerard and Clayton did a wonderful job with the oil change and the air filtration in side of the vehicle. The last place I went to just jammed the filter in for the air inside the vehicle. Gerard found that issue and showed me. He was able to replace it properly. I only have good things to say about this location of Jiffy Lube. Thank you guys.
The Terwillegar Jiffy Lube is like a well-oiled machine and it's obvious they know what they're doing. Taylor was my service tech, very honest, polite and calm. They let the customer give feedback and give good advice. Appeared to be team players that enjoy their work. I will definitely return/recommend this location.
