I first drove in here because my oil change was due; i had reached 8,000. I was told upon arrival that synthetic oil should last 10,000km or up to 1 year. I know nothing about cars so I trusted this person. I came back to the location 1 month or so later at 10,000, got my oil change with a different worker there and the service was great.... i stuck to the 10,000 piece of advice from the other person 1 month earlier... I brought my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire to this location only for a basic, regular oil change. My vehicle had no issues when I arrived. After the oil change, my car immediately developed three serious problems that did not exist before: • A strong burning smell • My speedometer stopped working • The car began driving very rough I returned right away to report this.
