We recently had our work van's transmission fluid flushed. The vehicle exhibited difficulty shifting, so we returned it as instructed. The service team performed the necessary topping up of the fluid, and everything is now functioning smoothly. I would like to commend Joe, the representative we spoke with, for his professionalism and excellent service. This was a highly satisfactory experience, and I highly recommend this establishment for its quality and attentive service.
Ripping off the elderly by charging a 25$ surcharge for a “synthetic oil filter.” I checked, and you used a generic Pennzoil filter off the shelf. 130$ for 3.3L of synthetic oil, and a 3$ filter. Unacceptable predatory business practices. Will be reporting this to consumer affairs as well as your head office.
