$315 for an oil change on a Sunday. I guess I was a sucker to a friendly fast-talking gentleman. I will avoid all Jiffy Lube locations in future.

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Tucson in for a routine oil change, expecting a straightforward service. Unfortunately, I left feeling overcharged and misled. I requested a semi-synthetic oil change, but was upsold on a synthetic oil filter that doesn't match the oil type—adding an unnecessary $25 to the bill. They also added an engine treatment which i refused, coolant was supposed to be 5 dollars and it is still unclear which shop supplies were used for a total of 7.85, pushing the total to over $170.
