Tried to scam me into a rear diff fluid change, and under-filled my oil. I took my van in for a quick oil change here before a road trip because I couldn't book my trusted mechanic in time. They showed me gunky diff fluid and recommended I change it. I declined, and I took it into my mechanic a week later for a full inspection. The rear diff fluid was in perfect shape and the only thing he found was that the oil was dangerously under-filled by these guys!
This place gets it. I recently had a coolant flush here and later that night, my coolant light goes on. I checked under my hood, and a coolant line wasn't attached. I get my car home and the next day, I took it back to here as they just worked on it the day before. The plastic piece where the coolant line attaches to had broken off. It could have been because they had tighten the hose clamp too much, or that the plastic piece was old and was going to break anyway. Or a combination of both. I've been here twice, once for an oil change and once for a tire change. Both times I had a great experience! As a young woman I am always nervous to get my car serviced but these gentleman treat me with so much respect and are always very friendly. Justin is a life saver and you can tell he wants the best for all his customers. He offers great advice and explains everything so its easy to understand. I will 100 percent be choosing this location in the future!
