My car broke down yesterday in the same parking lot, and a young man (I believe his name was Tim?) and his friend went out of their way to help me. I’ve had my oil changed here before and have always received wonderful service, but this went above and beyond. He could tell I was stressed, calmed me down, and helped push my car into a safer spot in the parking lot. Thank you so much for being so kind and taking the time to help me when I really needed it. It meant more than you know! ❤️

I’ve been coming to this location since 2012. The staff there are friendly and explain everything in detail. They are honest and don’t upsell you on unnecessary services and/or products. I also received a $10 discount for being a loyal customer.
I went to this location after previously having had an oil change at lube city. They quoted me $150. I asked why it was so much because my last oil change was exactly half that amount, the man told me that they probably used the wrong oil and proceeded to lift up my hood, no conversation on my bill, which I showed him I was holding. I said well if it's double the price I may go to the other place and he just slammed the hood closed and opened the door and walked away. No conversation, no check on why it was different.
