I usually go elsewhere for my tundra but didn’t have the time to book in. I came here for an oil change and they were very efficient and kind. Checked my tires as well while other items were being completed. Definitely coming here again since it’s near home it is very convenient.
Aladdin here! service is great as always! Shane, Brian, Neil & the rest of the staff consistently and genuinely deliver the best of service, & informative feedback. They Notified and fixed me a tire steam leak. Didn’t even take 2 min, Solid and great service like this makes their reputation and the business and its reputation look bright for the long run. I always have the best experience coming here for my oil change. Anil specifically is incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The service is consistently prompt and efficient, and they always take the time to complete a thorough check of my vehicle to make sure everything is in great shape. Got my oil changed there on April 20, we were in Edmonton only for a couple days and our dealership was closed but didn’t want to continue driving the vehicle without getting the service done. Biggest mistake and regret. $179 for an oil change and our car hasn’t stopped leaking oil since. We live 4.5 hours away and I’m not taking chances at other places after this. For a place that specializes in oil changes they sure do a poor job. Oil spots all over the driveway for the last week.
