Darren provided great customer service! He took the time to check everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel pressured. Everyone who worked on my car today was also very helpful and professional. Overall, a great experience!
I called and asked simple questions. Asking how busy it was and how roughly long an oil change takes as I needed one badly. I got so much attitude and passive aggression from the person who answered the phone. Claiming it was disrespectful to call a business and “rush them” when I never said that. The guy completely ignored my questions and jumped straight into me being disrespectful and irresponsible to leave it. I felt so disrespected and confused. So glad I didn’t go in and give them a single penny.
I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, expecting a simple and routine service. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, potentially dangerous. Friendly. I left and check engine light came on. Accelerating seemed very loud. Quick research showed one possible issue was engine air filter enclosure not properly closed. That fixed it. Not sure what had happened if I drove to bc with it flapping around though.
