Stopped in there on a Saturday morning for an oil change, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly (provided water and candy for the 2 kids in the back seat), and efficient with their work. This is also one of the cleanest and tidiest quick lube services locations that you will find. Highly recommend visiting Jiffy Lube in Devon!
This place charged you out of 20$ for a “special filter fee” which is absolute crap. I asked about why I was charged this 20$ fee and I was given a reply of “it’s a fee the owner charges for special filters that require it to be spun on”. Excuse me what?? Every filter is spun on. Absolute garbage. Completely taking people out of 20$. UPDATE: Received a phone call from the owner today. Asking for my address and wanting to come to my house to discuss this “man to man”. Went here yesterday for oil change, been quite a few times with no issues and have always got good service,but yesterday ask several times that they please fill my windshield fluid was told no problem work order says top up. But my issues is I went there with it completely empty and it is still empty. So this is why I gave three star rating. Posted this and got a call from them on my way to work all I can say is great customer service they will make my issue right way to go guys.
