Took my jeep here for an oil change yesterday. Was not expecting a pleasant customer service experience. Genuine hospitality is almost a lost art. The gentleman that invoiced me was informative without being pushy, and actually cared about the guest interaction. I left feeling cared about rather than taken advantage of. A huge win for a female paying for an oil change. Thank you!
I had a really disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. I was helped by Luna, and from the start, her attitude came off as rude and dismissive. Instead of focusing on the service I actually came in for, she kept trying to push a bunch of extra add-ons that I clearly said I wasn’t interested in. The recommendations felt more like a sales pitch than genuine advice, and the prices she quoted were way higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere. Good bunch of friendly guys, never been sold BS I didn't need even stopped in to check a differential fluid level and it was no charge. The best place for a quick oil change locally, same crew as last times.
