I am from out of town and had to have my rear brakes replaced. I spoke to Shawn and he was able to get me a quote over the phone quickly... no nonsense. I was running behind and arrived later than I said I would be there. They stayed and made sure I was able to deal with the issue despite it being an evening before a holiday.
