AZ was very professional and efficient. Customer service was top notch and he took the extra time to wipe off finger prints. Would highly recommend.
Slowest oil change ever, it’s like the guy doing the work has never done this before and has no idea what to do next or how to use his time better. And no, your guy was trying to get approval for extras that i didn’t need, the oil change was already approved. And that doesn’t excuse the car in front of me that took 40 minutes because your guy doesn’t know what to do next.
