⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the most infuriating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I went to Jiffy Lube + Tires for a simple tire swap. After the work was done, I went to pay the $93 but their broken debit machine wouldn’t work. The employee openly admitted they had dropped it multiple times and it “acts up all the time.” I tried paying four separate times. Nothing worked. I told them I’d go to the bank and bring back cash which should’ve been the end of it.... read more
Very costly for basic service. We went for the first time just to change the oil, and the normal service started at $177 — ended up paying $186 total. Not worth it for such a simple job.”
