I came in here for a oil change and they did not try to upsell me on anything i did not ask but gave me a free water. The Rep D’Son Went above and beyond def coming back and bringing my other cars.

Got an oil change today from Ismail. Super professional service, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need (i do majority of my own mechanic work so I know), and was honest about everything. Great experience and thats why I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this location and have been coming here for past 5 years.
Just wanted to share feedback about my positive experience at your shop on July 30th 2025. D'Shon was my technician and he explained everything clearly and gave me peace of mind about my vehicle before a road trip. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube again! Admittedly I was nervous about trying a new auto service shop however this turned out to be a great experience. Thanks D'Shon.
