Staff is excellent. Quick and efficient service.
I have a very high standard for customer service and the team at Jiffy Lube fulfilled it. They are conveniently located in Tamarack, Tyrese and Shay were thorough with explaining services I may require in the near future.
Came in around closing time and was helped by Tyrese (man with glasses) he was extremely helpful, explained each step and wasn’t too pushy on upselling me things that weren’t necessary. Very professional and exceptional customer service. Give this guy a raise!
I took my car there to change my oil and after 2 weeks I noticed that my car is low on oil and then I checked the filter area and I noticed the filter is not tight enough and leaking. And it’s not professional.
Thank you tyrese for all your patience and kindness! I dont know much about oil changes and have little to 0 knowledge about cars but he was so patient and thorough in explaining everything. Will be back in the future ❤️ thanks for your kindness tyrese!
