I can not give enough praise or gratitude to the young men who manage and work at this location. This time last year they came to my rescue, they were efficient, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. They know their job and then some. Today I was back in there with a mistake I made and DES once again , to me, went up and beyond to help me. I was in panic mode, he talked to me not down at me and made the situation better. I recently had my vehicle seviced at the new Manning location. I was treated very well by Des, I had questions and Des was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Des, I will be back.
Took my Truck in to this location, had a oil change. Drove my truck home went on holidays only to come back to see that it was leaking all over my garage floor, looked underneath to find a total mess and a oil leak from filter. Went back they gave me a excuse of Filter was overtightened and they replaced it and topped off oil. Brought it home and still have oil drips. Again I looked underneath and they did a terrible job cleaning the mess they made. BRUTAL!!!!! How about take some pride in your work!!!! Avoid this location..... read more
1st time to this location. Staff was great, I dealt with Des, Chris and Rhys. Very friendly considering i was there minutes before opening they took me in right away. They all seemed happy to help and welcoming.
