I went for a simple oil change for my car and it was a very bad experience. First they said they that they didn’t have the filter for my car and made me go to Canadian tire to get one and than when we brought the car back with the air filter they said that they couldn’t open up the thing to get all the oil out and we had to leave and while we were going home the whole cover for the bottom of the car had came out and when we looked at it the nails hadn’t been fastened properly even though they said that we were all good to go... read more
Bruce and his team were great, fast and professional. Glad I stopped in here for an oil change.
Do not take your car to Jiffy Lube. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. My car was immediately hesitating and jerking when I drove away. I immediately went back and was told they would fix it. They didn’t. $1000 later at a real mechanic it was running properly again. I phoned the store and they had the general manager call me back. He said I could join him to watch video footage. I agreed and he said he would call me with a date. Now he is ghosting me. I guess he watched the footage and saw what was done to... read more
