Staff is nice and professional, but $65 for an emissions test is enough that I won't go there anymore.
Usually hate Jiffy Lubes, but this location was awesome. Great customer service, quick turn around for an oil change, staff was kind to ask if I wanted anything else done but no sales pressure when I said no. Coming again.
Called and said my rock chips should be really fast. Still waiting after 20 mn. No one has scanned my car and everyone is extremely slow. Not productive or procative !! Had to enter my insurance ID into the guys phone because he is so slow and struggling.
I really like the customer service at this place. Today I was fuming and on the verge of losing it, because I thought a tire patch only takes 15 mins (turns out if you do it right with letting the glue dry, it takes more like 30-60 mins) and I had to get back to work. They were all super nice and patient with me even though I regretfully entered sassy mode. I work in a high conflict job and it just sucks when people are coming at you like that all day, so I’m really impressed by their patience and not exacerbating my stress.... read more
