The guys were very polite, they attended to each little thing I asked, and even hooked me up with some more zip ties for my plastic guard because mine broke!
This is not for the young guys that work at this location this is for the corporate clowns and all of the district managers and people who let the guys work under the cars with the rollaround oil drain pans that weigh 300 to 500 lbs with the beams rusted away and painted over. $113 Oil change and that’s after a $26 coupon. Not recommended.
Excellent communication timely and very thorough. They are meticulous with thier oil changes and they have a deal with a free car wash if you get your oil changed. The new GM Bryan and the guys did a great job.
Great experience at Jiffy Lube. I was immediately welcomed and directed into a bay. Korben politely answered my questions about products, services and costs, so I knew exactly where I stood and how far my budget would go. He didn't try to upsell me, but his honesty about the strength of my battery means I will return to this Jiffy Lube for a replacement. I know he's right because the battery's old!
