Amazing service!! Came for an oil change and these guys went above and beyond and didn't try to charge me extra.
Fantastic experience. The manager walked me through what he checked on my truck, what oil they used and why. As a female I hate going to oil change places but was immediately put at ease. No upselling, friendly environment and was not made to feel like I don't know anything. The manager Barry, in particular, was absolutely wonderful to deal with.
Amazing staff and service quality. Friendly & Professional. Went here for the 1st time a few months ago and was treated like gold. The Manager here is genuine and gave me extra great advice about my vehicle. Will only come here for my regular oil changes . 10 Stars
Have been going to this location for years and always pleasant experience. That changed this Saturday. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Took wife’s car Mazda cx5 in for an oil change. Had another customer pull in behind us. They serviced them first. Did not check tire pressures, did not check brake lights or signal lights. Did not check air filter or cabin filter. I was having an antifreeze issues with my Saturn and Barry was my hero. He explained everything and was such a pleasure to deal with. Very nice and extremely knowledgeable!! Thanks so much Barry!!
