A couple of weeks ago, I brought my car into this place for an AC recharge. I sat in the waiting area with some lovely people for OVER 5 hours. I had to get up and ask them about my car in which they told me they couldnt do the AC recharge because I had a leak in my AC system. They charged me just to diagnose my car, which then later turned out to be incorrect anyways. I know they are just doing their job and they were super busy but I feel like I wasted my time.
Terrible service! I waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't get the plate off easily to change the oil. They can do it but now it's too close to closing and tell me I'll have to come back. They refused to offer me a coupon or discount for a future visit. To top it off, I go to drive out and they blocked my car in with another car. I had to go inside and find them. At first they were going to make me wait until they rang up the other customer and she could drive off. My first and only time coming here!
