Sat here for 15 minutes before they tell me the oil filter isn’t included with the oil change package. From $59 to $105. As the employees have a domestic in front of us.
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! They did an excellent oil change, including flushing the oil twice with additives to ensure everything was perfectly clean. The service advisor was superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Quick, efficient, and professional service. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite locations to get an oil change. It's quick, easy, and I always feel like I leave there having learned something new about my car or cars in general. Courtney was so great and she gave me some great tips about what car to look for next since I'll be selling mine in the coming months. Definitely would recommend to anyone who feels like interacting with anyone in the automotive industry is overwhelming.
