I do not like writing negative reviews but I feel like this is necessary. I was long overdue for an oil change and I normally go to the dealer to get it done but this location is close to my house and I thought I could just get my oil change done and get it over with. When I came for the oil change a bunch of other services were offered to me totalling $813. It wasn't high pressure sales but they said a lot of this work hadnt been done on my 10 year old Lexus. Unlike the people at my local Mr. Lube, these guys won't try to upsell service that isn't needed. Rude, Ahmed, and Jayson are solid workers...they're also insanely fun to chat with, too. I'll be coming back for my next oil change.
I liked it, cause their service was good and they won't pester you again and again to change somethings that you don't want to do, unlike how Mr. LUBE pester you about.
Very good and efficient service. Team is very helpful and friendly.
