A simple oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours, the employees all acted as if they did not want to be there and were fighting with other customers (the police showed up) - not a fun experience.
This was a top notch experience. The.team was short staffed and you could clearly see overtasked with the steady line of customers, but they made sure each customer received top notch service with a smile. I truly appreciate the professionalism and thouroughness.
