During my oil change I witnessed the most unprofessional behavior from David the store manager. He told hunter to pull on something and hunter said there was nothing to pull. David then said “I don’t care do it anyway and don’t talk back” hunter then very politely said “please don’t talk to me like that” and David flipped out and yelled at him to get upstairs.
