Great service, quick, not pushy.
Terrible customer service. The one person there at opening was rude and honestly mad to be at work. He claimed to be the assistant manager Rico. Had attitude the entire time. Said there was no one there who could do a state inspection. An assistant manager apparently doesn't know how to check my lights and breaks ect...Told me I couldn't use my veterans discount because the car belonged to my wife and was not MY car...but honestly was pretty much talking loud and dumb the entire time. I tried using a 25% off military discount for my oil change but was denied by assistant manager Rico for two reasons. 1. He said an oil change wasn't a service, even though the fine print on the coupon said it was good for the first 5 quarts of oil (I drive a Hyundai Elantra) 2. My husband came with me because he's a veteran, and I was told I also couldn't use the coupon because it was MY car and not my husband's car. We had worst customer service experience two different times back to back, just because someone declines some extra recommended assistant manager his behavior changed instantly towards us. I don't recommend this location.
After being a customer at Jiffy Lube for over 10 years, I’ve decided to go elsewhere for inspections as the inspector is regularly missing. I drove to this jiffy lube location twice and another nearby location once over multiple days, and the inspector was always missing. I even called ahead of time and was told the inspector would be there, but the inspector was not there. This is wasting my time and I’m done. I’m going elsewhere.
