The state inspection went quickly in about 15 minutes once it started. There was considerable confusion about when the inspection would start. Also, it should be possible to make an appointment. It should not be necessary to sit in a waiting room or car for 60 minutes or longer for service. Our time is valuable!
The young man that helped me was so sweet. I told him my husband was in icu at the hospital he was very concerned and sweet. My oil change was great.
The employees are friendly and communicative. My wait time and turn around time is always reasonable. No complaints.
Personnel was very professional and helpful.
